Willow Garretson, LCSWA
Embedded Clinician
Willow holds both a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Social Work and is a Licensed Clinical Social Work Associate. Most of her professional experience has been within the criminal justice system, where she’s worked extensively with adults living with serious and persistent mental illness (SPMI), trauma histories, and challenges with addiction. Willow always had a strong passion for the intersection of social work and the justice system, which was a central focus of her academic studies. Her decision to work with first responders comes from a deep respect for the sacrifices they make and a recognition of the critical role they play as the front line between the community and the criminal justice system. Willow’s dedication to this work is also deeply personal, as her brother is a police officer, and she’s seen firsthand how critical mental health and wellness support can be in high-stress professions, and she is passionate about making a positive impact in this space.
