Janice brings nearly two decades of dedicated experience in the mental health field. She began her career at Clarvida Mental Health Services, where she spent 19 years building a strong foundation in administrative and human resources operations.

Janice started as the scheduler for a team of eight psychiatrists, ensuring seamless coordination and patient care. After six years, she transitioned into the role of Medical Records Specialist, managing over 1,500 client files with accuracy and confidentiality.

In April 2022, Janice advanced to the corporate office as Human Resources Representative for North Carolina and Georgia, overseeing more than 600 electronic employee files. Her responsibilities included employee relations, compliance, recruitment, and onboarding—supporting teams across multiple locations with professionalism and care.

With her extensive experience, attention to detail, and people-first approach, Janice continues to exemplify excellence in administrative leadership and human resources.
